Estimates and pricing
We inspect your system before quoting. The price we confirm with you before work starts is the price you pay for the agreed scope. If we find something that needs additional work, we will explain it and get your approval before doing it. Estimates given by phone or online without an inspection are approximate.
Scheduling and cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You agree to give our technicians safe access to the work areas, including attics, closets, roofs and the HVAC system.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Our work
We perform our work with reasonable care and in line with industry practice. If you are not satisfied with work we performed, contact us within 30 days and we will review it and make it right where the issue is caused by our work. Results such as air quality, allergy relief or energy savings vary by home and are not guaranteed.
Pre-existing conditions
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as deteriorated, disconnected or improperly installed ductwork, vents, flues or equipment, that we report to you or that could not reasonably be seen before the work.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Texas law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
